- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Construction & Facilities Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") to Al-Masani Plumbing & Sanitary Services LLC (hereinafter "the Plumber / Vendor") for the provision of all plumbing services and materials as described in the line items above at the project site located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Plumber shall commence work no later than 18 June 2025 and shall complete all scope items by 20 July 2025. Any delay beyond the agreed deadlines shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total value.
- All materials supplied by the Plumber must comply with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and must carry valid conformity certificates. The Buyer reserves the right to reject any non-conforming materials at the Plumber's cost.
- The Plumber shall maintain a valid commercial insurance policy covering public liability (minimum SAR 2,000,000) and workers' compensation for all personnel on site in Jeddah throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of Line Items 2 and 3, and 30% upon final commissioning and acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Plumber's designated account in Saudi Arabia within 14 business days of invoice submission.
- The Plumber shall ensure all work complies with the Jeddah Municipality building codes, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and all applicable environmental regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Permits required for excavation or gas work shall be obtained by the Plumber at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- A 24-month warranty on all workmanship and a 5-year warranty on all supplied equipment are included. The Plumber shall respond to any warranty call within 24 hours of notification.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court. The Plumber acknowledges that all work performed under this Purchase Order is subject to inspection and approval by the Buyer's site engineer.
- The Plumber shall maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards. All workers must wear appropriate PPE and hold valid Iqama and work permits for employment in Saudi Arabia.
