- Qualification of Plumber: The Plumber and all team members performing work under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Korean Plumbing Technician License (급배관기사 or equivalent) issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea. Proof of licensure shall be provided prior to commencement of work in Seoul.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: All plumbing work shall comply with the Korean Building Standards (KBS), the Seoul Metropolitan Government Building Code, and the Water Supply and Sewerage Act of South Korea. The Plumber is responsible for obtaining any required permits from the Gangnam-gu District Office before commencing work.
- Materials Specification: All materials supplied by the Plumber must be Korean-certified or meet equivalent international standards. Copper piping must be KSC-certified. Gas appliances must carry the Korean Gas Safety Certification (가스안전인증).
- Work Schedule and Access: The Plumber shall coordinate with the building management office in Seoul to schedule access to residential units. Work hours are limited to 08:00–18:00 KST, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Emergency after-hours work requires prior approval from the Buyer.

- Insurance and Liability: The Plumber shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance for all personnel. The Plumber assumes full liability for any damage to the Seoul property or injury to persons arising from the performance of work under this Purchase Order.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the Seoul District Court or, at the Buyer's election, to arbitration under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, South Korea.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Purchase Order and any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the plumbing project in Seoul.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in South Korea, or public health emergencies as declared by the Korean government.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Plumber acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to perform all plumbing services and supply all materials as specified herein for the designated property in Seoul, South Korea.
