Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Switzerland Zurich. The Plumber must submit a detailed invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (ZFM-2025-00487) for payment to be processed.
- Compliance: All plumbing work must comply with the Swiss Federal Law on Water Protection (GSchG), the SIA 385/1 standard for sanitary installations, and all applicable regulations of the Canton of Zurich and the City of Switzerland Zurich. The Plumber is responsible for obtaining any required local permits prior to commencement of work.
- Warranty: The Plumber shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty on all labour and materials supplied under this Purchase Order. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to Zurich Facility Management AG.
- Insurance: The Plumber must maintain valid professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project. Certificates of insurance must be presented on-site before work begins.
- Site Access and Safety: The Plumber and all accompanying personnel must comply with the site safety regulations of Zurich Tower. Hard hats, safety footwear, and high-visibility vests are mandatory. The Plumber must conduct a daily toolbox talk before commencing work each day.
- Change Orders: Any deviation from the scope of work described in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the Site Manager before execution. Unapproved changes will not be compensated.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland Zurich. The applicable law is Swiss federal law.
- Confidentiality: The Plumber agrees to treat all building plans, access codes, and operational data encountered during the execution of this Purchase Order as strictly confidential.
