- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
- The Plumber shall hold a valid plumbing contractor license issued by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and shall present a copy of such license prior to commencing any work on-site.
- All materials supplied under this Purchase Order must meet Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) specifications. The Plumber shall provide material certification documents upon request.
- The Plumber is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and work approvals from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration before commencing structural plumbing modifications.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Bangkok AquaFlow Plumbing Services Co., Ltd. within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice.
- The Plumber shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 10,000,000 for the duration of the project in Thailand Bangkok.
- A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to all workmanship and installed materials under this Purchase Order. The Plumber shall respond to any warranty claims within forty-eight (48) hours.
- Work hours on-site shall be between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Saturday. No work shall be performed on Thai public holidays without prior written consent from the Purchaser.
- The Plumber shall ensure that all work complies with the Bangkok Building Control Regulations and the National Plumbing Code of Thailand. Non-compliance shall result in immediate rectification at the Plumber's own cost.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
