4.1 The Plumber shall commence work no later than June 20, 2025, and shall complete all services by the required completion date stated above. Any delays attributable to the Plumber shall result in a penalty of $200 per calendar day.
4.2 All materials supplied by the Plumber must be new, of commercial grade, and compliant with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) as adopted by Miami-Dade County, United States Miami. No recycled or substandard materials shall be used.
4.3 The Plumber is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, scheduling municipal inspections, and ensuring that all work passes final inspection by the Miami-Dade County Building Department before the project is deemed complete.
4.4 The Plumber shall maintain a clean and safe worksite in accordance with OSHA regulations. All debris and waste materials generated during the plumbing work shall be removed from the property by the Plumber at no additional cost.
4.5 A written warranty of no less than five (5) years on all labor and workmanship, and the manufacturer's warranty on all installed equipment, shall be provided to the Buyer upon completion of this Purchase Order.
4.6 Payment shall be made via ACH transfer to the account designated by the Plumber within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid, itemized invoice. No payment shall be due until all work has been completed, inspected, and approved by the Buyer's representative.
4.7 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States Miami. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Important Note for United States Miami Compliance: All plumbing work performed under this Purchase Order must adhere to the specific humidity and salt-air corrosion standards applicable to the United States Miami coastal region. The Plumber is required to use marine-grade fittings and corrosion-resistant materials for all exterior and semi-exposed plumbing components.
