- Scope and Standards: The Plumber shall perform all work in strict compliance with the State Building Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (SNiP standards), Tashkent City municipal plumbing regulations, and international ISO 15649 guidelines for water supply systems. All materials must carry valid certification for use in Uzbekistan.
- Timeline: The Plumber and his crew shall commence work on 20 June 2025 and complete all installation, testing, and commissioning activities no later than 15 August 2025. A detailed work schedule shall be submitted within 5 business days of this Purchase Order's acceptance.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of all piping and fixture installation (milestone verified by site supervisor); 30% final payment upon successful pressure testing, municipal inspection approval, and handover of as-built documentation.

- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by arbitration under the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, seated in Tashkent. The governing law shall be the civil and commercial legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Tashkent region.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all commercial terms, technical drawings, and site-specific information related to this Purchase Order and the Plumber services rendered.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice if the other party commits a material breach. In the event of termination, the Plumber shall be compensated for all work completed and materials delivered up to the termination date.
