- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Plumber service provider (HidroServicios Profesionales, C.A.) within five (5) business days of the issue date. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon signing and acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of line items 1 through 4, and 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of the Plumber service report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s account in a Venezuelan financial institution, denominated in US Dollars (USD) as per the applicable exchange rate published by the BCV (Banco Central de Venezuela) on the date of payment.
- Warranty: The Plumber provider shall guarantee all workmanship and materials for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects discovered within this warranty period shall be repaired at no additional cost to the buyer.
