Terms and Conditions1. Scope of Work: This Purchase Order authorizes the Plumber, Minh Anh Professional Plumber Services, to perform all plumbing-related services and supply all listed materials at the designated service location in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The Plumber shall comply with all applicable Vietnamese national standards, District 1 municipal regulations, and building safety codes.
2. Licensing and Compliance: The Plumber must maintain a valid trade license issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and a current plumbing contractor registration. All work must be performed by licensed and insured plumbing technicians.
3. Schedule: The Plumber shall adhere strictly to the deadlines specified in the line items above. Any delay exceeding 48 hours without prior written approval from the Buyer shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line item value per day of delay.
4. Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Plumber's designated account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold 10% of the total Purchase Order value until final inspection and acceptance of all completed work.
5. Warranty: The Plumber provides a minimum 24-month warranty on all labor and 12-month warranty on all supplied materials. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be repaired at no additional cost to the Buyer.
6. Safety and Insurance: The Plumber shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project. All safety protocols for working at height and in confined spaces within the building must be followed.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the People's Court of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
8. Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with 7 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer after work has commenced, the Plumber shall be compensated for all materials procured and labor performed up to the cancellation date.
