- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Harare Plumbing & Infrastructure Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and AquaFlow Plumbing & Maintenance Services (Pvt) Ltd for the provision of Plumber services and associated materials as described herein.
- All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Zimbabwe National Building Regulations, the Plumbing and Drainage Act (Chapter 24:06), and all applicable standards issued by the Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) and the Harare City Council.
- The Plumber service provider shall ensure that all materials used are of certified quality, carry appropriate manufacturer warranties, and are sourced from approved suppliers operating within Zimbabwe. All imported materials must clear Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) customs and bear valid duty stamps.
- The Plumber shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month workmanship warranty on all installation and repair work performed under this Purchase Order. Any defects arising within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Plumber service provider, subject to satisfactory completion and sign-off by the Project Manager at the Zimbabwe Harare site.
- The Plumber shall maintain valid public liability insurance of not less than USD 500,000 and workers' compensation insurance in compliance with the Zimbabwe Labour Act (Chapter 28:01) for the entire duration of the engagement.
- All work shall be carried out between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Weekend or after-hours work at the Harare site requires prior written approval from the Project Manager.
- The Plumber shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Zimbabwe. A valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) compliance certificate must be presented on-site before commencing any work.
- Any variation to the scope of work described in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written variation order signed by both parties before execution. Verbal instructions from the Plumber or site personnel do not constitute a valid variation.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe, or alternatively resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration Act (Chapter 7:15).
- The Plumber service provider shall remove all debris, waste materials, and temporary equipment from the Zimbabwe Harare site upon completion of each work phase. The site must be left in a clean and safe condition at all times.
