4. Terms and Conditions
- Delivery: All items specified in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the central logistics warehouse of the Policía de la Provincia de Córdoba, located at Av. Vélez Sarsfield 650, Córdoba, Argentina, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The vendor shall bear all transportation costs and risks until the goods are received and inspected by the authorized Police Officer in charge of the receiving unit.
- Payment: Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) business days following the acceptance of the delivered goods, via electronic bank transfer to the account designated by the vendor. The total amount of this Purchase Order is ARS 1,076,500.00 (One Million Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred Argentine Pesos). Payment is subject to the verification that all items conform to the specifications outlined in this document and to the applicable regulations of the Province of Córdoba.

6. Notes and Remarks
The Police Officer to whom this equipment is assigned must complete the mandatory equipment familiarization training at the Escuela de Policía de Córdoba prior to the first operational deployment. All electronic devices must be registered in the provincial asset management system within five (5) business days of receipt. This Purchase Order is valid exclusively for the fiscal year 2025 and cannot be transferred or modified without a formal amendment signed by both parties.
