The Police Officer shall be fully recruited, vetted, and deployed to the designated Australia Sydney precinct no later than 31 August 2025. All equipment and uniform items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Australia Sydney Police Academy within 14 business days of the Purchase Order acceptance date. The initial 80-hour training programme shall commence within 30 days of the Police Officer's confirmed start date and must be completed prior to independent patrol deployment.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon successful completion of the Police Officer's initial training programme; and the remaining 30% upon confirmed deployment of the Police Officer to the Australia Sydney operational precinct. All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account. Invoices must reference Purchase Order number NSWPF-2025-04872. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of a valid invoice receipt.
6.1 This Purchase Order is subject to the Government Procurement Act 2002 (NSW) and all applicable regulations governing public sector procurement in Australia Sydney.
6.2 The Police Officer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid NSW Police Officer commission and must comply with all codes of conduct, use-of-force policies, and operational directives issued by the NSW Police Force.
6.3 The supplier warrants that all equipment and services provided under this Purchase Order meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the NSWPF Equipment Standards Manual, 2024 Edition, applicable to Police Officer deployments in Australia Sydney.
6.4 Any variation to this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the Senior Procurement Officer prior to execution. No verbal amendments to this Purchase Order shall be binding.
6.5 The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all personnel and equipment associated with this Purchase Order throughout the engagement period in Australia Sydney.
6.6 In the event of non-performance or breach of any term of this Purchase Order, the NSW Police Force reserves the right to terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice and to recover any associated costs incurred.
6.7 All data and records pertaining to the Police Officer engaged under this Purchase Order are classified as Official – Sensitive and must be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2014 (Cth) and NSWPF data governance policies.
6.8 This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The engagement of the Police Officer is subject to the terms of the NSW Police Industrial Agreement and applicable employment legislation in Australia Sydney.
