3. Terms and Conditions
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, specifically the Public Procurement Law (Ley 19.886) and the regulations of the Contraloría General de la República applicable to Chile Santiago public entities.
- Delivery and Deployment: All equipment and services described herein must be delivered and made available at the 22nd Patrol Company facility in Pudahuel, Chile Santiago, no later than 01 August 2025. The Police Officer must be fully operational and assigned to active patrol duty within the Santiago Metropolitan Region by the stated deadline.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: 50% (CLP 5,075,350) upon acceptance of the recruitment and training completion certificate, and the remaining 50% (CLP 5,075,350) upon final delivery and inspection of all physical equipment.
