TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order (PO No. PMB-2025-04872) is issued by the Policía de Bogotá, Colombia, for the procurement of operational equipment specifically designated for the use of a Police Officer assigned to active duty in the Northern Sector of Bogotá D.C. 2. Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items to the Central Armory of the Policía de Bogotá, located at Calle 45 No. 12-35, Bogotá D.C., Colombia, no later than July 15, 2025. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the items are received and inspected at the designated Bogotá delivery location.
3. Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery, a designated Police Officer from the Logistics Department shall inspect all items for conformity with the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Any defective, damaged, or non-conforming items must be replaced by the supplier within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the buyer.
4. Payment: Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days following the buyer's written acceptance of the delivered goods. The payment shall be processed through the financial systems of the Policía de Bogotá in accordance with Colombian public procurement law (Ley 80 de 1993 and Decreto 1082 de 2015).
5. Warranty: All electronic devices (Body-Worn Camera, Radio, GPS Tablet) shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of two (2) years from the date of acceptance. The supplier shall provide full technical support and replacement parts for the duration of the warranty period within Bogotá, Colombia.
6. Compliance: The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from liens or encumbrances. The supplier shall comply with all applicable labor, environmental, and tax regulations of the Republic of Colombia. The supplier shall provide a valid RUT (Registro Único Tributario) and proof of tax compliance as part of the invoicing documentation.
7. Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for the exclusive use of a Police Officer in the performance of official duties in Bogotá, Colombia. The supplier shall not disclose the specific operational details, deployment locations, or personnel assignments associated with this order to any third party without prior written authorization from the buyer.
8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent administrative courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-mandated closures, or pandemics affecting operations in Bogotá, Colombia.
10. Amendments: No modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
