TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Policía de Colombia, Metropolitana de Medellín, for the procurement of standard-issue equipment assigned to a Police Officer serving in the Colombia Medellín metropolitan jurisdiction. All items must comply with the technical specifications established by the National Police of Colombia (Policía Nacional de Colombia) and the applicable regulations of the Antioquia Department.
- The supplier, Equipos Tácticos Andinos S.A.S., warrants that all equipment listed in this Purchase Order is new, unused, and manufactured in accordance with Colombian national standards (NTC) and international certifications where applicable. The Police Officer for whom this equipment is procured will receive items in full working condition upon delivery.
- Delivery shall be made to the Central Armory of the Policía de Medellín, located in the El Poblado district of Colombia Medellín, no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days will result in a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment shall be processed via electronic bank transfer (EFT) to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days following the acceptance and inspection of all items by the receiving Police Officer and the supervising commander. The Purchase Order number must be referenced on all invoices submitted for payment.
- All equipment is subject to a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. The supplier shall replace or repair any defective item at no additional cost to the Police Department of Medellín within the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent judicial authorities of the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
- The supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for the exclusive use of a Police Officer in the performance of official duties within the Colombia Medellín metropolitan area and shall not be transferred, resold, or repurposed without written authorization from the Policía de Colombia.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity and assignment details of the Police Officer, is classified as sensitive government information under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Data Protection) and shall not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
