3. Purpose and Scope
This Purchase Order is issued by the Alexandria Police Directorate to procure the necessary equipment, uniforms, communication devices, and operational supplies required for the full deployment and operational readiness of a Police Officer assigned to the coastal patrol and public safety division in Egypt Alexandria. The items listed below have been selected in accordance with the Ministry of Interior's standard specifications for field personnel and comply with all applicable Egyptian government procurement regulations (Law No. 182 of 2018 and its amendments). The Police Officer to whom this equipment is allocated will be stationed at the Alexandria Coastal Security Command Center and will be responsible for maintaining public order, traffic regulation, and emergency response along the Mediterranean coastline of Egypt Alexandria.

5. Delivery Terms and Location
All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Alexandria Police Directorate Logistics and Armory Warehouse, located at 12 El-Moharrem Street, Seafront District, Egypt Alexandria, 21542, Arab Republic of Egypt. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs up to the point of receipt at the designated Egypt Alexandria facility. Upon delivery, a joint inspection team comprising the Procurement Officer and the assigned Police Officer will verify the quantity, condition, and conformity of all items against the specifications listed in Section 4. Any non-conforming items must be replaced within five (5) business days at the supplier's sole expense.
6. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made via government bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days following the successful inspection and written acceptance of all delivered goods. The total amount due under this Purchase Order is One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Three Egyptian Pounds (EGP 121,923.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes. No advance payment is authorized. Late payment, if any, shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Central Bank of Egypt for government obligations.
7. Terms and Conditions
7.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Egyptian Government Procurement Law No. 182 of 2018, as amended.
7.2. All equipment and supplies procured under this order are the exclusive property of the Alexandria Police Directorate and are issued to the designated Police Officer for official duty use only. Unauthorized transfer, sale, or disposal of any item is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary and criminal action under Egyptian law.
7.3. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, free from defects, and in full compliance with the stated specifications. A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all electronic and mechanical components.
7.4. The supplier shall provide full technical documentation, user manuals in Arabic and English, and a one-day on-site training session for the Police Officer at the Egypt Alexandria command center prior to the final acceptance of delivery.
7.5. This Purchase Order may not be assigned, subcontracted, or transferred by the supplier without the prior written consent of the Alexandria Police Directorate.
7.6. Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved through the competent administrative courts in Egypt Alexandria.
7.7. The supplier acknowledges that all items procured are for law enforcement purposes and shall comply with all applicable Egyptian regulations regarding the manufacture, sale, and distribution of security and tactical equipment.
