Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- Scope: This Purchase Order is issued exclusively for the equipping of a Police Officer assigned to patrol and community policing duties within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area. All items listed herein are intended for official use by the Police Officer under the authority of the Cairo Police Directorate.
- Delivery: The Supplier shall deliver all items to the Cairo Police Directorate Logistics Warehouse, 12 Tahrir Square, Egypt Cairo, no later than the dates specified in the delivery column. Late delivery beyond 10 business days entitles the Buyer to a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via government bank transfer to the Supplier's registered account within 30 calendar days of confirmed receipt and inspection of all goods. The Purchase Order number EGY-CAI-2025-04872 must be referenced on all invoices.
- Quality Assurance: All equipment must meet or exceed the specifications outlined by the Egyptian Ministry of Interior for Police Officer gear. The Supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery in Egypt Cairo.
- Inspection: The Buyer reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within 5 business days of receipt. Any non-conforming items must be replaced or repaired by the Supplier at no additional cost within 10 business days.
- Compliance: The Supplier certifies that all goods comply with Egyptian customs regulations, the Egyptian Standards and Metrology Organization (ESMO) requirements, and any applicable international standards for law enforcement equipment used in Egypt Cairo.
- Confidentiality: The Supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order relates to the operational readiness of a Police Officer in Egypt Cairo and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature, quantity, and deployment details of the procured equipment.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.
- Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Cairo Police Directorate and the Supplier.
