5.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique) and applicable European Union directives. All deliverables must comply with the standards set by the Ministry of the Interior of France.
5.2. The Police Officer procured under this Purchase Order shall be assigned to the France Marseille jurisdiction for a minimum period of five (5) years, subject to standard civil service regulations and performance evaluations.
5.3. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the final delivery invoice, via bank transfer to the account designated by the supplier. The total amount of this Purchase Order is twenty-nine thousand nine hundred and twenty-five euros (€29,925.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
5.4. The supplier warrants that the Police Officer shall have completed all required training, hold a valid firearms licence issued under French law, and possess a clean criminal record verified by the Fichier National Judiciaire prior to deployment in France Marseille.
5.5. Any modification to the scope, quantity, or specifications of this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the Commandant of the DDSP des Bouches-du-Rhône before execution.
5.6. This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The employment relationship between the Police Officer and the State of France is governed separately by the Statut Général de la Fonction Publique.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is specifically designated for the France Marseille operational zone. The Police Officer shall report to the Commissariat Central de France Marseille, 100 Boulevard National, 13001 France Marseille, no later than 01 October 2025. All equipment listed herein is the property of the French State and must be returned upon termination of service. 6.
