Important Note: This Purchase Order is issued specifically for the equipping and deployment of Police Officer personnel within the France Paris metropolitan jurisdiction. All items listed must comply with the current regulations set forth by the French Ministry of the Interior and the Préfecture de Police de Paris. The supplier is required to ensure that all equipment meets the standards established for Police Officer use in France Paris, including but not limited to CE marking, French language labeling, and compliance with applicable national and European Union directives. Any deviation from the specifications stated in this Purchase Order must be reported to the requisitioning officer prior to shipment.Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Préfecture de Police de Paris (Buyer) and Équipements Sécuritaires France SAS (Supplier) for the procurement of equipment designated for Police Officer use in France Paris.
- All goods must be delivered to the specified location in France Paris no later than the delivery deadline stated above. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- The Supplier warrants that all items conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and are suitable for Police Officer operational use within the France Paris metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods by the designated Police Officer receiving authority in France Paris.
- The Supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic components (body-worn cameras, radios) and a one-year warranty on all textile and tactical equipment. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Buyer's procurement office in France Paris.
- All personal data collected during the fulfillment of this Purchase Order shall be processed in strict accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in France.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France Paris.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for official Police Officer duties in France Paris and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Buyer.
- Any modifications or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or informal communications shall not constitute a valid amendment to this Purchase Order.
- The Supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the delivery location in France Paris and shall bear all risk of loss or damage until formal acceptance by the Buyer's designated representative.
