TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Polizeipräsidium Berlin and governs the procurement of equipment, services, and training specifically designated for the assigned Police Officer operating within the jurisdiction of Germany Berlin.
- All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order must comply with applicable German federal and state regulations, including but not limited to the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG), the Berliner Polizeigesetz, and EU procurement directives.
- The supplier, SecuTech Equipment GmbH, warrants that all items delivered under this Purchase Order are new, free from defects, and meet the specifications required for a Police Officer in active duty in Germany Berlin.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the designated Police Officer's station in Berlin, Germany. The supplier bears all risk of loss until the goods are received and signed for by the authorized Police Officer or their designated representative.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with the payment terms stated in this Purchase Order.
- Any modifications, cancellations, or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Polizeipräsidium Berlin and the supplier. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic equipment and a one-year warranty on all textile and protective gear items. Warranty claims shall be processed at the supplier's service center in Germany Berlin.
- This Purchase Order is subject to German law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts in Berlin, Germany. The supplier irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the Amtsgericht Berlin-Mitte.
- The Police Officer for whom this equipment is procured shall be responsible for the proper use, care, and reporting of any damage or loss of the items listed in this Purchase Order during their active service in Germany Berlin.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Berliner Datenschutzgesetz.
