Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Polizeipräsidium Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter "the Buyer") and SecurTech Europe GmbH (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the supply of equipment and services as detailed above for the designated Police Officer.
- All goods must be delivered to the specified location in Frankfurt, Germany, in full compliance with the delivery dates stated. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- The Supplier warrants that all equipment supplied for the Police Officer meets or exceeds the quality, safety, and performance standards mandated by the German Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Hessian State Ministry of the Interior for law enforcement use in Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, provided all goods and services have been inspected and accepted by the Buyer's Equipment & Procurement Division in Frankfurt.
- The Supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all hardware items. Any defective equipment intended for Police Officer use must be replaced or repaired at the Supplier's sole expense within ten (10) business days of notification.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The Supplier shall not retain any operational data related to the Police Officer's deployment in Germany Frankfurt beyond the scope of this contract.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is for official Police Officer use only and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Polizeipräsidium Frankfurt am Main.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Frankfurt metropolitan region, shall extend delivery deadlines proportionally, subject to written notice within 48 hours.
- This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications are null and void.
