PURPOSE AND SCOPEThis Purchase Order is issued by the Munich Police Department (Polizei München) in Germany Munich for the procurement of specialized equipment, protective gear, and professional development services required for the deployment and operational readiness of a Police Officer assigned to the Munich metropolitan district. - Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically the procurement regulations applicable to the Freistaat Bayern. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
- Delivery: All goods and services specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated Police Officer at the Hauptwache precinct, Maximilianstraße 1, 80539 Munich, Germany, unless otherwise specified in the line items. Delivery shall be made during standard business hours (08:00–17:00 CET, Monday through Friday).
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
