Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order

Delivery: All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Ghana Police Service Headquarters, 1 Independence Avenue, Accra, Ghana, no later than 21 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within Accra and the surrounding Ghana Police Service facilities.
Quality Assurance: All goods must conform to the Ghana Police Service equipment standards and specifications. The Police Officer for whom these items are procured must be able to deploy immediately upon receipt. Any item found defective or non-compliant upon inspection will be rejected at the supplier's expense.
Payment Terms: Payment of the full amount of GHS 40,562.00 (Forty Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty-Two Ghana Cedis) shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery and written acceptance by the Procurement and Logistics Division, Accra. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account.
Warranty: The supplier shall provide a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months on all electronic equipment (radio, body-worn camera) and twenty-four (24) months on all uniform and textile items. Warranty claims shall be directed to the Ghana Police Service Procurement Office in Accra.
Compliance: The supplier acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are for the exclusive use of the Ghana Police Service and are intended to equip a Police Officer in the performance of lawful duties within Accra, Ghana. Diversion, resale, or unauthorized transfer of any item is strictly prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The competent courts in Accra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Ghana Police Service, Accra, and the supplier.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions within Ghana.
