This Purchase Order is issued by Karnataka State Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. for the procurement of professional Police Officer services to be deployed at the company's construction and operational sites located in and around Bangalore, India. The services shall include but are not limited to the provision of trained, licensed, and certified Police Officers for the purpose of maintaining law and order, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, conducting regular patrols, managing access control, and coordinating with the Bangalore City Police and the Karnataka State Police forces as required.
The Police Officer services procured under this Purchase Order shall be rendered in strict compliance with the Karnataka Police Act, 1960, the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and all applicable regulations issued by the Karnataka State Government and the Bangalore Metropolitan Police Commissionerate. The Police Officer or officers deployed shall hold valid service certificates, arm licences (where applicable), and shall be registered with the Karnataka State Police Training Academy, Bangalore.

- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the applicable regulations of the State of Karnataka.
- The Police Officer or officers deployed under this Purchase Order shall report for duty at the designated sites in Bangalore, India no later than 06:00 hours IST on the commencement date specified herein.
- The Supplier shall ensure that all Police Officer personnel are background-verified, medically fit, and hold valid service certificates issued by the Karnataka State Police or the Bangalore City Police. Any falsification of credentials shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order without notice.
- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. Payment shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the Supplier's designated bank account in Bangalore, India.
- The Police Officer services shall be rendered in full compliance with the Karnataka Police Act, 1960, the Arms Act, 1959, and all directives issued by the Commissioner of Police, Bangalore, and the Director General of Police, Karnataka.
- The Buyer reserves the right to inspect the Police Officer personnel, their equipment, and duty logs at any reasonable time. Failure to meet the service standards outlined in this Purchase Order shall entitle the Buyer to withhold payment or terminate the contract with a written notice of seven (7) days.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation. Failing which, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The Supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for the Police Officer personnel, including personal accident insurance and third-party liability insurance, as mandated under Indian labour and employment laws.
- All data and information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance and may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of both parties, subject to the terms and conditions remaining unchanged or as mutually amended.

Working Hours: 24 hours, 7 days a week (rotational shift as per Karnataka Police duty roster standards)
Reporting Authority: The Police Officer personnel shall report directly to the KSIDC Site Security Manager and shall coordinate with the local Bangalore City Police station for all law enforcement matters.
