4. Terms and Conditions

4.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically the provisions relating to government procurement as outlined in Government Regulation (PP) No. 12 of 2021 on the Management of State-Owned Assets and the specific regulations of the National Police of Indonesia regarding equipment procurement for Police Officers.

4.2. The Supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the designated address in Indonesia Jakarta no later than the delivery deadline stated in Section 1. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.

4.3. All equipment and supplies procured under this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in full compliance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) where applicable. The Supplier warrants that all items are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of no less than two (2) years from the date of delivery.

4.4. Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 50% upon delivery and acceptance inspection at the Polda Metro Jaya headquarters in Indonesia Jakarta, and 20% upon final quality verification and issuance of the Goods Receipt Note (Surat Terima Barang).

4.5. The Supplier is required to provide a comprehensive training session for the receiving Police Officers on the proper use, maintenance, and storage of all procured equipment. This training shall be conducted at the training facility in Indonesia Jakarta within fourteen (14) days of final delivery.

4.6. Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of Indonesian civil law.

5. Acceptance and Inspection

All items delivered under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a formal inspection by a designated committee of Police Officers from the Polda Metro Jaya Procurement Division. The inspection shall verify quantity, quality, specifications, and compliance with the standards required for Police Officer operational readiness in Indonesia Jakarta. The Supplier shall bear all costs associated with the return or replacement of any items that fail to meet the specified requirements.

6. Authorization and Signatures

This Purchase Order is valid upon signature by both authorized parties and stamping with the official seal of the respective institutions. It constitutes a binding procurement instrument under Indonesian law.
