- Delivery Location: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tehran Metropolitan Police Command Logistics Warehouse, located at Police Headquarters, Valiasr Street, Tehran, Iran. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Tehran metropolitan area.
- Delivery Deadline: The complete shipment must be received no later than 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order issuance. Partial deliveries are not permitted unless approved in writing by the Procurement Officer.
- Quality Standards: All equipment must comply with the FARAJAN (Iranian Police Force) national standards and the specific operational requirements for a Police Officer serving in Iran Tehran. Items that do not meet the specified standards will be rejected at the point of delivery at the supplier's expense.
- Warranty: The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic and mechanical items. Uniform and textile items carry a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to the Police Officer for whom the equipment was procured.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon confirmed delivery and acceptance of all items, and fifty percent (50%) thirty (30) days after the completion of the warranty inspection period.
