  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the procurement regulations of the Israel Police Force. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Israel Jerusalem.
  2. The Police Officer recruited under this Purchase Order must meet all eligibility criteria set forth by the Israel Police Force, including a minimum age of 21, Israeli citizenship or permanent residency, a clean criminal record, and a valid medical clearance certificate.
  3. The supplier shall ensure that the Police Officer completes all required training modules before deployment to the Israel Jerusalem patrol zone. No operational duties shall commence until full certification is documented and filed with the Jerusalem District Command.
  4. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of training and equipment delivery, and the remaining 30% in monthly installments aligned with the Police Officer service contract for the duration of the twelve-month term.
  5. All equipment and weapons issued to the Police Officer remain the property of the Israel Police Force and must be returned upon termination of the service contract or reassignment from the Israel Jerusalem district.
  6. The supplier warrants that the Police Officer shall be fully insured under the Israel Police Force personnel insurance policy for the entire duration of the contract, covering duty-related injuries, illness, and death.
  7. Any modification to this Purchase Order, including changes to the Police Officer's deployment location within Israel Jerusalem or adjustments to the service contract, must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
