1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Israel Police Force, Tel Aviv District Command, and constitutes a binding procurement document for the supply of operational equipment to be issued to Police Officer personnel assigned to the Tel Aviv Central Patrol Division.

4. All equipment procured under this Purchase Order must carry a minimum warranty period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. The warranty shall cover manufacturing defects and shall be serviced at the supplier's expense within the Israel Tel Aviv metropolitan area.
5. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods by the receiving Police Officer unit commander in Israel Tel Aviv.
6. The supplier acknowledges that all equipment delivered under this Purchase Order is intended exclusively for the use of authorized Police Officer personnel of the Israel Police Force and shall not be resold, transferred, or used for any purpose other than law enforcement operations in Israel Tel Aviv without prior written consent from the issuing authority.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Tel Aviv.
8. The supplier shall maintain full records of all transactions related to this Purchase Order for a period of no less than seven (7) years, in compliance with Israeli tax and procurement regulations, and shall make such records available for audit by the Israel Police Internal Audit Division upon request.
9. Any modifications, amendments, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the scope of this Purchase Order for Police Officer equipment in Israel Tel Aviv shall be deemed null and void.
10. The supplier warrants that all goods supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from any liens, encumbrances, or intellectual property claims. The supplier further warrants that the equipment is suitable for the operational demands placed on a Police Officer performing duties in the high-density urban environment of Israel Tel Aviv.
