Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of all items listed in this Purchase Order. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Japan Kyoto.
- Delivery: All items must be delivered to the Japan Kyoto Central Station procurement receiving office no later than July 15, 2025. The supplier bears full responsibility for safe transport within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area.
- Acceptance: The designated Police Officer or procurement officer shall inspect all items upon delivery. Any defects, missing components, or non-conforming items must be reported within five (5) business days. The supplier shall replace or repair non-conforming items at no additional cost.
