2. 3. Quality Assurance: All equipment procured under this Purchase Order must meet or exceed the specifications mandated by the National Police Agency of Japan. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, safety test reports, and warranty documentation for each item. Any item found defective upon inspection by the receiving Police Officer or departmental inspector shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fourteen (14) calendar days.
4. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, provided that all items have been received, inspected, and approved by the Japan Osaka Metropolitan Police Department Procurement Division. 5. Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic devices (body-worn cameras, radios, GPS modules) and a one-year warranty on all physical equipment (uniforms, protective gear, restraint tools). Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Japan Osaka procurement office and will be processed within ten (10) business days.
6. Compliance: The supplier acknowledges that all equipment procured under this Purchase Order will be used by a Police Officer in the execution of law enforcement duties within Japan Osaka. The supplier warrants that no item shall be subject to export restrictions, sanctions, or regulatory prohibitions under Japanese law or international agreements.
7.
