All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Metropolitan Police Department Equipment Warehouse located at 1-1-1 Nihombashi, Chuo-ku, Japan Tokyo, no later than July 15, 2025. The supplier is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs associated with the delivery within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area. Upon receipt, the designated Police Officer and the Equipment Procurement Division will conduct a joint inspection to verify that all items conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Any defective or non-conforming items must be replaced within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the Japan Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of confirmed acceptance of all goods.
- A 5% retention shall be withheld until a final quality assurance inspection is completed by the Japan Tokyo MPD Equipment Standards Board.
- All amounts are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of applicable consumption tax (10%).
