This Purchase Order is issued to procure specialized equipment, uniforms, and technological systems required for the operational deployment of a Police Officer assigned to the Almaty Regional Police Directorate. 4.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government Procurement Code. All transactions related to this Purchase Order shall be conducted in the Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT).

4.2. The Supplier warrants that all goods and services provided under this Purchase Order are new, of original manufacture, and fully compliant with the technical specifications required for a Police Officer operating within Kazakhstan Almaty. All protective equipment must carry valid certification from the authorized Kazakhstan regulatory body.

4.3. Delivery of all items shall be made to the Almaty Regional Police Directorate warehouse located at 45 Abay Avenue, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The Supplier bears full responsibility for transportation, packaging, and insurance of goods until acceptance by the designated Police Officer equipment inspector.

4.4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of full delivery and written acceptance. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's account registered in Kazakhstan. The Purchase Order number KZ-ALM-2025-04872 must be referenced on all invoices.

4.5. The Supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all equipment. Any defective items discovered within the warranty period shall be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the Almaty Regional Police Directorate.

4.6. The Supplier shall comply with all data protection and security regulations applicable in Kazakhstan. No personal data of the Police Officer or any other personnel shall be disclosed to third parties without written authorization from the Department of Internal Affairs.

4.7. In the event of non-delivery or material breach of this Purchase Order, the Almaty Regional Police Directorate reserves the right to terminate the contract and seek damages in accordance with Kazakhstan civil law.

All goods delivered under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a formal inspection by a designated Police Officer from the Almaty Regional Police Directorate's Logistics and Equipment Division. The inspection shall verify that all items match the specifications outlined in Section 3 of this Purchase Order, are in new and undamaged condition, and meet the operational requirements for law enforcement duties in Kazakhstan Almaty. A written Acceptance Certificate shall be issued upon successful inspection. Any discrepancies must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
