TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Delivery: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the SSC Mexico Mexico City Sector 12 Police Officer duty station, located at Av. Insurgentes Sur 1234, Mexico Mexico City, within fifteen (15) business days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery must occur between 08:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via electronic transfer (SPEI) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt and acceptance of all goods. The Purchase Order number SSC-2025-MMC-04872 must be referenced on all invoices submitted to the SSC Mexico Mexico City accounts payable department.
- Quality Assurance: The supplier warrants that all equipment furnished under this Purchase Order is new, free from defects, and conforms to the specifications outlined in the SSC Mexico Mexico City Police Officer equipment manual. Any item found defective within ninety (90) days of delivery shall be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Compliance: The supplier acknowledges that all goods are procured for the operational use of a Police Officer in the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area and must comply with all applicable Mexican federal and local regulations, including NOM standards, data protection laws (LFPDPPP), and the Mexico Mexico City municipal procurement code.
- Warranty: A minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty is required on all electronic equipment (body-worn camera, radio, flashlight). The Police Officer assigned to Sector 12 in Mexico Mexico City shall be the primary user and custodian of these items.
- Confidentiality: The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identity, assignment, and operational details of the Police Officer for whom this Purchase Order is issued. - Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Mexico Mexico City, CDMX.
- Amendments: This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed by both the authorized SSC Mexico Mexico City representative and the supplier. Verbal modifications are not valid.
