Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- Delivery Location: All items shall be delivered to the Kathmandu Central Police Station, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, Nepal, at the attention of the requisitioning Police Officer, no later than 15 Shrawan 2082 (12 July 2025).
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of successful delivery and acceptance of goods by the Nepal Police Force Procurement & Logistics Wing, Kathmandu. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's registered account in Nepal.
- Quality Assurance: All items must conform to the specifications listed above and the Nepal Police Force Equipment Standards. The Police Officer receiving the goods shall inspect each item upon delivery. Any defective or non-conforming item shall be replaced at the vendor's expense within 14 days.
- Warranty: The vendor shall provide a minimum warranty of 12 months on all electronic items (radio, flashlight) and 6 months on all textile and leather goods. Warranty claims shall be processed through the Nepal Police Force, Kathmandu headquarters.
- Compliance: The vendor certifies that all goods are legally sourced, free from any encumbrance, and comply with all applicable laws of Nepal, including the Arms and Ammunition Act, 2056 (1999), and the Government Procurement Act, 2064 (2007).
- Penalties: In the event of delayed delivery beyond the stipulated date, a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay shall be deducted from the payment, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Nepal Police Force Internal Grievance Committee, Kathmandu, or through the competent court of Kathmandu, Nepal, as per the jurisdiction of the Nepal legal system.
- Confidentiality: The vendor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature, quantity, and deployment details of the equipment supplied to the Police Officer. Unauthorized disclosure of this Purchase Order's contents shall be subject to legal action under Nepal's Official Secrets Act, 2030 (1973).
