All goods and services specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Auckland Regional Policing Headquarters located at 100 Federal Street, Auckland CBD, New Zealand Auckland 1010. The Police Officer placement and all associated equipment must be fully operational and ready for deployment within the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan area no later than the required delivery date stated in Section 1. Acceptance of the Police Officer and all line items shall be confirmed in writing by the Authorised Officer of the Auckland Regional Policing Authority within five (5) business days of delivery. Any defects, non-conformities, or discrepancies in the Police Officer's accreditation or equipment specifications must be reported to the supplier within the acceptance period.

  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand Government Procurement Rules 2023. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand Auckland.
  2. The Police Officer procured under this Purchase Order must hold a valid New Zealand Police Officer accreditation, a current driver's licence for New Zealand Auckland roads, and must pass all mandatory background checks conducted by the New Zealand Police Vetting Unit.
  3. The supplier warrants that all equipment supplied under this Purchase Order meets or exceeds the specifications set by the New Zealand Police and Auckland Regional Policing Authority. All uniforms and operational gear must bear the New Zealand Auckland Police insignia and comply with the New Zealand Police dress code regulations.
  4. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated New Zealand bank account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (NZ-AKL-2025-PO-04872).
  5. The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for the Police Officer and all equipment during the term of this Purchase Order. Any liability arising from the Police Officer's actions in the course of duty within New Zealand Auckland shall be governed by the New Zealand Police Act 2011 and the Auckland Regional Policing Authority's indemnity policy.
  6. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the Auckland Regional Policing Authority and the supplier. No verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be valid.
  7. The supplier shall comply with all New Zealand employment law, health and safety regulations (Health and Safety at Work Act 2015), and Auckland Council bylaws applicable to the Police Officer's duties in New Zealand Auckland.
  8. Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this Purchase Order, including the Police Officer's personal details, operational plans, and New Zealand Auckland patrol schedules, shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the Auckland Regional Policing Authority.
  9. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall return all New Zealand Auckland Police-issued equipment and the Police Officer shall be relieved of duties in accordance with New Zealand Police procedures.

This Purchase Order is authorised and approved for execution by the undersigned officers of the Auckland Regional Policing Authority, New Zealand Auckland. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of the Police Officer and associated services in New Zealand Auckland.
