2. The Police Officer named herein shall report for duty at the Central District Police Station, Islamabad, no later than 09:00 hours on 01 July 2025, and shall remain in active service throughout the contract period specified in this Purchase Order.
3. All duties performed by the Police Officer shall be in strict accordance with the Pakistan Police Act, 1977, the Islamabad Capital Territory Police Regulations, and the directives issued by the Inspector General of Police, Pakistan Islamabad.

5. The Police Officer is required to maintain a clean criminal record as verified by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Islamabad, and shall undergo a mandatory drug test and psychological evaluation prior to commencement of duties.
6. Any breach of duty, misconduct, or failure to comply with the standing orders of the Islamabad Police Force shall render this Purchase Order void at the sole discretion of the Director General of Police, Pakistan Islamabad, without prior notice.
7. The Police Officer shall be entitled to annual leave as per the Pakistan Government leave rules, and shall be provided with all necessary protective equipment while on active duty in Pakistan Islamabad.
8. This Purchase Order may be renewed for an additional twelve (12) month period upon mutual agreement and satisfactory performance appraisal conducted by the Superintendent of Police, Islamabad.
9. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent civil court having jurisdiction over Pakistan Islamabad.
