3. Purpose of Purchase Order

5. Delivery Terms and Location
All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Moscow City Police Directorate, Central Administrative District Warehouse, located at 12 Poltavka Street, Moscow, 103009, Russia Moscow. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs, insurance, and risk of loss until the items are received and signed for by the authorized Police Officer logistics representative at the designated Russia Moscow facility. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Moscow Standard Time (MSK, UTC+3) on business days.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within fifteen (15) business days following the successful inspection and acceptance of all delivered items by the Moscow City Police Directorate quality assurance team. 7. Terms and Conditions
