This Purchase Order is issued by the Jeddah Metropolitan Police Department for the procurement of standard-issue equipment assigned to a Police Officer serving in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The supplier shall deliver all items listed in Section 3 to the Police Officer Equipment & Logistics Division warehouse located at Police Headquarters, Al Balad District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than 30 June 2025. All items must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. The Police Officer to whom this equipment is assigned will conduct a physical inspection and sign an acceptance form within five (5) business days of delivery. Any item found defective, non-conforming to the Jeddah Police specification, or damaged in transit shall be rejected and replaced at the supplier's sole expense within ten (10) business days.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed acceptance by the receiving Police Officer and the Logistics Division. The total amount due is Twenty-Two Thousand Two Hundred and Six Saudi Riyals and Fifty Halalas (SAR 22,206.50), inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of Saudi Arabia. No additional charges, including shipping, handling, or customs fees, shall apply as the supplier is a registered entity operating within Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the procurement regulations of the Jeddah Metropolitan Police Department.
2. All equipment procured under this Purchase Order is the exclusive property of the Jeddah Police Department and is assigned to the named Police Officer for official duty use in Saudi Arabia Jeddah only.
3. The supplier warrants that all items comply with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements and applicable Jeddah Police technical specifications.
4. The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic items (body-worn camera, radio transceiver) and a one-year warranty on all textile and leather items.
5. Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
6. This Purchase Order becomes void if not accepted and signed by the supplier within seven (7) calendar days of the issue date.
7. The Police Officer assigned to receive this equipment is responsible for the proper care, maintenance, and reporting of any damage or loss in accordance with Jeddah Police Department Directive 2024-117.
8. All data recorded by the body-worn camera and radio transceiver is classified as official Police Officer operational data and is subject to the Saudi Arabia Jeddah Police data retention and privacy policies.
