3. Purpose and Scope of This Purchase Order

This Purchase Order is issued by the General Directorate of Police in Saudi Arabia Riyadh to procure specialized equipment, uniforms, and operational supplies required for the deployment and daily operational duties of a Police Officer assigned to the Riyadh metropolitan patrol division. 5. Delivery and Acceptance

All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the General Directorate of Police warehouse located at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall ensure that all Police Officer equipment meets the quality standards mandated by the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) and the Ministry of Interior specifications. Upon delivery, a joint inspection team comprising a representative of the purchasing authority and the assigned Police Officer shall verify the quantity, condition, and conformity of all items. Acceptance shall be documented in a signed delivery receipt. Any items found defective or non-conforming shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within seven (7) business days.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within forty-five (45) days from the date of confirmed acceptance of all delivered goods. The total amount due is Thirty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Riyals and Fifty Halalas (SAR 35,339.50), inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax as per the Saudi Arabia tax regulations. No additional charges, including shipping or handling fees, shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated in this Purchase Order. The supplier shall issue a valid tax invoice in accordance with the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements for Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

7. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the procurement regulations of the Ministry of Interior.
The supplier warrants that all Police Officer equipment is new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of no less than two (2) years from the date of acceptance.
Any modification to the scope, quantity, or specifications of this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the authorized signatory of the General Directorate of Police, Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the delivery location in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity and assignment details of the Police Officer, is classified as government-sensitive and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This Purchase Order becomes void if not accepted and signed by the supplier within fourteen (14) days of the issue date.

NOTE: This Purchase Order is specifically designated for the equipping of a Police Officer assigned to the Riyadh metropolitan patrol division. All items must bear the official Saudi Police Force insignia and comply with the dress code and operational standards effective in Saudi Arabia Riyadh as of the date of issue.
