- This Purchase Order is governed by the public procurement laws of the Republic of Senegal and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) regulations applicable in Senegal Dakar.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must meet the minimum quality standards established by the National Police Directorate for Police Officer equipment. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity for each item category prior to delivery.
- Delivery shall be made in full to the Police Headquarters located in the Plateau district of Senegal Dakar. Partial deliveries are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by the purchasing officer.
- The supplier warrants that all Police Officer equipment supplied under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of no less than twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance.
- Payment shall be processed in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Senegal Dakar within thirty (30) calendar days following written confirmation of satisfactory delivery and inspection by the receiving Police Officer unit commander.
- The supplier shall bear all costs associated with packaging, transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) for the delivery of goods to Senegal Dakar.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent administrative courts of Senegal Dakar, Republic of Senegal.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the operational details, quantities, and deployment plans of Police Officer personnel in Senegal Dakar as disclosed under this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations herein are fully discharged.
Upon delivery to the designated location in Senegal Dakar, a joint inspection team comprising a senior Police Officer representative from the Logistics Division and a quality assurance officer from the Ministry of Interior shall verify that all items conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. A written acceptance certificate shall be issued within five (5) business days of delivery. Any non-conforming items must be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
