5. Delivery and Acceptance
All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Yongsan-gu Police Station Equipment Room, 137 Hangang-daero, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, no later than June 30, 2025. Delivery must be completed during standard business hours (09:00–17:00 KST). The designated Police Officer or an authorized representative of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency shall inspect all items upon receipt and sign the Delivery Acceptance Form. Any item found defective, non-conforming to the Seoul Police specification, or damaged in transit shall be rejected and replaced at the supplier's expense within five (5) business days.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment shall be made via government bank transfer to the supplier's registered account within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery and acceptance in Seoul, South Korea.
- All amounts are denominated in Korean Won (KRW) and are subject to the 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the National Tax Service of the Republic of Korea.
- The supplier must provide a valid VAT invoice (세금계산서) in accordance with Korean tax regulations prior to payment processing.
- Late payment beyond the stipulated period shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Korean Government Procurement Act.
7. Terms and Conditions
