All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Comisaría de Policía Nacional located at Calle de la Princesa, 12, 28008 Madrid, Spain, no later than 30 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the Comunidad de Madrid. Installation and configuration of electronic equipment (items 03, 04, 06, and 08) shall be completed on-site within five (5) business days of physical delivery. The Police Officer to whom the equipment is assigned must be present for the final handover, functional testing, and sign-off of the equipment register.
Payment shall be made by direct bank transfer to the supplier's designated IBAN account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice (factura) and the signed delivery acceptance certificate (acta de recepción). The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (PM-2025-04872-MAD) and include the supplier's CIF. No payment shall be released until the Jefatura Superior de Policía de Madrid has confirmed that all equipment meets the specifications outlined in this document and that the Police Officer has completed the mandatory training course (item 09).
- Compliance: All equipment must comply with current Spanish national regulations, European Union standards (CE marking where applicable), and the specific technical requirements established by the Cuerpo Nacional de Policía for Police Officer operational use in Madrid.
- Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum warranty period of two (2) years on all electronic equipment and one (1) year on textile and protective items, commencing from the date of acceptance. Warranty claims shall be processed at no additional cost to the Madrid Police Department.
- Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that the equipment is intended for a Police Officer engaged in law enforcement activities in Madrid, Spain.
