PURPOSE OF PURCHASE ORDER
This Purchase Order is issued by the Metropolitan Police Department of Thailand Bangkok to procure standardized equipment, protective gear, and operational supplies for the deployment and daily service of a Police Officer. All items listed herein are intended to ensure the safety, operational readiness, and professional conduct of the Police Officer assigned to patrol duties within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Metropolitan Police Department, Thailand Bangkok, and all items are procured exclusively for the use and service of a Police Officer assigned to the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan patrol division.
- The Supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the designated delivery location in Thailand Bangkok no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- All equipment must comply with the Royal Thai Police standards and specifications for Police Officer gear. Items bearing Thailand Bangkok Metropolitan Police insignia must be produced by authorized manufacturers only.
- The Supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all electronic items (radio, body-worn camera) and twenty-four (24) months to all textile and protective items.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the Seller information block within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items under this Purchase Order.
- The Supplier shall provide a packing list and certificate of conformity with each delivery. The Police Officer receiving the equipment shall sign a delivery acknowledgment form, which shall be returned to the Procurement Office, Thailand Bangkok, within five (5) business days.
- This Purchase Order may not be transferred, assigned, or subcontracted to any third party without the prior written consent of the Metropolitan Police Department, Thailand Bangkok.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended for law-enforcement purposes and shall not be resold, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than the official duties of the designated Police Officer in Thailand Bangkok.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations herein are fully discharged.
