- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 16 of 2020) and the United Arab Emirates Public Procurement Regulations. All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Abu Dhabi Emirate jurisdiction.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Police Officer deployed under this Purchase Order meets all eligibility criteria set forth by the Abu Dhabi Police General Command, including a clean criminal record verified through the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security, and a valid medical fitness certificate issued by an approved UAE healthcare facility.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in the United Arab Emirates. All amounts are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
- The Supplier warrants that the Police Officer shall comply with all codes of conduct, ethical standards, and operational directives issued by the Abu Dhabi Police and the UAE Ministry of Interior. Any breach of these standards shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
- All equipment and materials listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Abu Dhabi Police Al Ain District Command Post, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, no later than the commencement date specified in Section 1. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total value.
- The Supplier shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage of not less than AED 5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order, with the Abu Dhabi Police General Command named as an additional insured party.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this Purchase Order, including the identity, service record, and operational details of the Police Officer, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 4 of 2002 on Combating Cybercrime and applicable Abu Dhabi data protection regulations.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by written mutual agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. No oral modifications shall be binding.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts of Justice, United Arab Emirates. The parties agree to attempt mediation through the Abu Dhabi Dispute Resolution Centre before initiating litigation.
