- All goods procured under this Purchase Order must comply with the national standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the specific equipment regulations issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Police Officer service in Tashkent.
- The supplier shall deliver all items to the Tashkent City Police Headquarters located in Uzbekistan Tashkent no later than the required delivery date stated in Section 1. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Each Police Officer equipment package must be individually labeled with the assigned officer's name, rank, and unit designation prior to delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all manufacturer warranties intact.
- The supplier is responsible for all packaging, transportation, and insurance costs associated with delivering the goods to the designated location in Uzbekistan Tashkent. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon written acceptance at the receiving facility.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in the Republic of Uzbekistan within thirty (30) calendar days following the buyer's written confirmation of satisfactory delivery and inspection of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum two-year warranty on all electronic devices (communication devices and body-worn cameras) and a one-year warranty on all textile and protective equipment. Warranty claims shall be processed at the supplier's service center in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable procurement regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are free from liens, encumbrances, and third-party claims, and that the manufacture and sale of these items for Police Officer use in Uzbekistan Tashkent does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

This Purchase Order is authorized and executed by the undersigned on behalf of the Tashkent City Police Department, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all obligations herein for the provision of Police Officer equipment and supplies in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
