This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and the specific procurement ordinances of the City of Buenos Aires. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Argentina Buenos Aires.
The Politician’s office reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods and services prior to acceptance. Non-conforming items must be replaced or repaired at the supplier’s sole expense within ten (10) business days.
Payment shall be processed via electronic transfer (SPEI) to the CBU account specified in Section 3, within thirty (30) calendar days of the Politician’s office issuing a formal acceptance certificate for each delivery milestone.
The supplier warrants that all goods are new, free of defects, and comply with Argentine national standards (IRAM) and the specific regulations of the City of Buenos Aires. All services shall be performed by qualified personnel holding valid credentials recognized in Argentina.
Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order relates to the official activities of a public Politician in Argentina Buenos Aires and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician’s schedule, security arrangements, and constituent data, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all listed items or until 14 September 2025, whichever occurs first.
Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by the authorized representative of the Politician’s office and the supplier.
The supplier shall provide a warranty period of no less than twelve (12) months for all equipment and materials, and shall maintain a dedicated support line accessible during standard business hours in Buenos Aires.
