5.1 This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Politician, Dr. Alejandro R. Fuentes, Provincial Deputy, operating under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Legislative Assembly of Córdoba, Argentina. All transactions governed by this document shall comply with the applicable legislation of Argentina Córdoba, including but not limited to the Provincial Public Procurement Law (Ley 10.129) and the National Electoral Law (Ley 26.571) regarding campaign financing transparency.
5.2 The Politician’s office reserves the right to inspect all goods and services upon delivery at the designated location in Córdoba, Argentina. Any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order shall be returned at the supplier’s expense within five (5) business days.
5.3 Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt, provided that all deliverables have been accepted in writing by the Politician’s administrative staff. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s registered account in Argentina Córdoba.
5.4 The supplier acknowledges that all materials bearing the Politician’s name, image, or campaign branding are subject to the Politician’s prior written approval before public distribution. No reproduction or redistribution of campaign materials is permitted without express authorization from the Politician’s office.
5.5 All services rendered in the province of Córdoba, Argentina must comply with local labor regulations, municipal permits, and environmental standards. The supplier is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for public events and installations in Argentina Córdoba.
5.6 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the civil and commercial courts of Córdoba Capital, Argentina. Mediation shall be attempted before any formal litigation is initiated.
5.7 This Purchase Order becomes null and void if not accepted and signed by the supplier within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. The Politician’s office may modify or cancel this order at any time prior to the supplier’s acceptance, without incurring any penalty or obligation.
