4.1 This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Politician, The Honourable Senator Margaret A. Whitfield, operating within the jurisdiction of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland.
4.2 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt, provided all goods and services have been delivered and accepted in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated Australian bank account.
