All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Politician's constituency office located at Level 3, 180 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia, no later than 16:00 AEST on 26 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling charges within the Melbourne metropolitan area. Any damage in transit shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier, Yarra Valley Event & Campaign Supplies Pty Ltd. The Politician's office staff will conduct a full inspection upon receipt and sign the delivery manifest within 48 hours.
Payment of the total amount of AUD $59,125.00 (fifty-nine thousand one hundred and twenty-five Australian dollars) shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order, provided that all goods and services have been satisfactorily delivered and inspected. The supplier must provide a valid Australian Tax File Number (TFN) and a compliant tax invoice in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements. Late payment shall attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum as stipulated under the Victorian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reject any line item prior to the delivery date with written notice to the supplier.
- All materials bearing the Politician's name, likeness, or campaign branding must be approved in writing by the Politician's communications team before production commences.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, free from defects, and comply with all applicable Australian Standards (AS/NZS) and Victorian consumer protection legislation.
- Confidentiality: The supplier agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Politician's campaign strategies, event logistics, and internal communications shared in connection with this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. It is subject to the standard terms of trade issued by the supplier and the procurement policies of the Australian Government Department of Finance.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Melbourne, Victoria, before proceeding to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
- The Politician's office is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the performance or non-performance of this Purchase Order.
