Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the office of the Honorable Politician, Md. Rahim Uddin, Member of Parliament for Dhaka-10, and is valid only for the specified delivery address in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- All goods must be delivered to the constituency office at 42, Motijheel C/A, Road No. 7, Bangladesh Dhaka-1000, no later than 30 June 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, of genuine quality, and free from defects. A minimum 12-month warranty is required on all electronic equipment and 6 months on furniture.
- All services, including installation, photography, and videography, must be performed in compliance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and applicable regulations in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods and services prior to acceptance. Any non-conforming items must be replaced or repaired at the supplier's sole expense within 7 working days.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the Government Procurement Rules of Bangladesh and the financial regulations applicable to Members of Parliament's constituency offices.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications are not binding.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
- The supplier shall maintain confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to the Politician's office operations and shall not disclose details of this Purchase Order to any third party without written consent.
