  1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Politician, Hon. Dr. Margarete Van den Berghe, in her capacity as a sitting member of the Brussels-Capital Region Parliament. All expenditures covered under this Purchase Order shall be reported in accordance with the Belgian Political Financing Act (Loi du 7 mai 1999 relative au financement des partis politiques).
  2. The Supplier acknowledges that all goods and services procured under this Purchase Order are intended for the official use of the Politician in the discharge of legislative and representative duties within Belgium Brussels. No portion of the funds may be redirected for private or non-political purposes.
  3. Delivery of all physical goods shall be made to the Politician's parliamentary office at Avenue Louise 124, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. The Supplier shall bear all shipping and handling costs within the Brussels-Capital Region.
  4. Services shall be rendered in full compliance with the ethical code of conduct applicable to elected officials in Belgium Brussels. The Supplier warrants that no conflict of interest exists and that all work will be performed with the highest degree of professional integrity.
  5. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
  6. The Politician's office reserves the right to inspect, audit, or request modifications to any deliverable prior to final acceptance. No payment shall be due until written acceptance has been issued by the designated procurement officer of the Politician's office.
  7. All intellectual property created under this Purchase Order, including but not limited to campaign materials, digital content, and policy documents, shall remain the exclusive property of the Politician and the Brussels-Capital Region parliamentary group.
  8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
  9. The Supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the contents of this Purchase Order and all associated communications. Disclosure of procurement details to third parties without the written consent of the Politician's office is strictly prohibited.
  10. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all line items have been fulfilled and final payment has been settled.
